Horeca Lebanon

In order to promote the food safety and food hygiene among Lebanese professionals and academicians, 3A Solutions conducted two awareness sessions on Food Safety Management Systems  at Horeca 2010.


Each session brought up an introduction on food safety management systems, the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and its implementation steps, the control of alimentory contamination hazards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and some practical examples that added a unique flavor to the session.
